1 Definitions & Interpretations

The following words and terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings.

"Platform" or "Site"

The ek78 website and all associated digital channels, services, tools, and features are collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Site".

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has created an account on the ek78 platform or is using its services is considered a "User" or "Member" for the purposes of this document.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional money, welcome bonus, cashback, or other incentive credits provided by ek78 are referred to as "Bonus Funds".

"Wager" or "Bet"

Each risk-based transaction made by a user with real money or bonus funds on any game, event, or market is defined as a "Wager" or "Bet".

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on ek78, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If any account is found to belong to a person under 21, it will be immediately closed and all associated balances may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided during account registration — such as name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be completely true and accurate. ek78 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ek78 may request a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents for identity verification at any time. If documents are not submitted within the specified period, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into ek78: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Withdrawal

To request a withdrawal, the user's account must be fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though in exceptional circumstances this may take slightly longer.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
• Withdrawals will be held if any bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
• ek78 may set withdrawal limits for a given period.
• ek78 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions or fraud.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

ek78 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if ৳16,000 is deposited, a bonus of ৳15,000 will be added per the maximum limit, making the total ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are valid for a specific period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Each bonus offer may have separate restrictions regarding eligible games and betting categories.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts is detected, the account will be closed.
• ek78 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• ek78's decision is final on all bonus-related matters.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

Valid Bets

Participation in sports betting, casino games, and other categories on the ek78 platform is conducted entirely at the user's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in isolated cases of technical error.

Technical Issues

If a bet remains unresolved due to server outages, network issues, or game engine errors, ek78 reserves the right to refund the original bet amount to the relevant account or void the bet. No compensation is payable in such cases.

Cheating & Misconduct

If any user attempts to gain an advantage through software hacking, use of bots, manipulation, or any other dishonest method, the relevant account will be immediately and permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Terms

ek78's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tier Changes

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through active participation and consistent betting. ek78's decision is final regarding tier assignment and changes. VIP benefits are considered bonuses and relevant wagering requirements may apply.

7 Account Security & Password

Account Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their ek78 account login details completely confidential. ek78 will not be held responsible for any security breach of an account, unless it is proven that the breach was caused by ek78's own technical failure.

Account Sharing

Sharing account details with or allowing access by third parties is strictly prohibited. ek78 is not obligated to recover any losses resulting from unauthorized access.

8 Privacy & Data Storage

9 Responsible Gaming & Self-Regulation

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek78 will not be liable for the following:

• Any financial loss caused by the user's own actions or internet issues.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Loss or inconvenience caused by technical disruptions, server downtime, or force majeure events.
• Changes in service availability due to government policy or legal changes.

ek78 is committed to providing a reliable service with its best efforts, but is not exempt from the limitations of the technical environment.

12 Account Closure & Termination

Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. All pending withdrawals will be processed and the available balance will be returned before the account is closed, subject to all applicable conditions being met.

Closure by ek78

ek78 may close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information about age.
• Attempting to exploit the system through technical means.
• Operating multiple accounts.

In such cases, the available balance and any bonus funds may be forfeited.

13 Changes to Terms

ek78 reserves the right to change, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users via their registered email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
